1. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at entry. Employees, household members, and anyone involved in administering the promotion are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
2. Promotion Period
The promotion begins August 27, 2026 at 10:30 p.m. Central Time and continues until all 500 free scratch tickets have been claimed. The sponsor's server and Central Time clock govern all entries.
3. How to Enter
Visit the official Berry Lucky Scratch Garden page, provide the adult entrant’s first name and email, confirm age eligibility, and submit one free entry. Limit one entry per person and email address per Central Time calendar day while tickets remain. No purchase or payment is required. Mail Club enrollment is optional and does not affect the outcome.
4. Prizes
- One Regular Printed Bundle with U.S. standard shipping (ARV $37.98).
- Four single printed books, winner chooses Book 1 or Book 2, with U.S. standard shipping (ARV $22.98 each).
- Fifty full-page printable Books 1 and 2 PDF bundles (ARV $9.99 each).
- Fifty Adventure Passport PDFs with two copies per page (ARV $2.99 each).
- Fifty Berry Blossom Kids Planner PDFs with two copies per page (ARV $4.99 each).
- Forty-five full-page Berry Blossom Village™ Book 3 PDFs (ARV $5.99 each).
Total approximate retail value of all prizes is $1,297.95. No prize substitution or cash alternative, except the sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. Digital prizes are for the winner’s personal household use and may not be redistributed.
5. Odds and Instant Results
Prize positions are assigned across the complete pool of 500 free scratch tickets. Odds are: Regular Bundle 1 in 500; single printed book 4 in 500; printable Books 1 and 2 PDF bundle 50 in 500; Passport PDF 50 in 500; printable Kids Planner PDF 50 in 500; Book 3 PDF 45 in 500. Exactly 200 tickets are winners. The other 300 tickets are friendly nonwinning garden messages.
6. Winner Contact and Claiming
Potential winners receive an on-screen claim code and an email is sent to the sponsor. Digital-prize winners receive secure download buttons on the result screen. Physical-prize winners will be contacted at the adult email entered and must reply within seven calendar days. A U.S. shipping address is requested only after winning. If eligibility cannot be verified or a physical-prize winner does not respond by the deadline, the prize may be forfeited. Winners never pay to claim a prize.
7. Privacy
Entry information is used to administer the promotion, prevent duplicate entries, contact winners, and deliver prizes. It is not sold. Mail Club enrollment is optional and separate. Children should not enter or submit personal information. See the promotion privacy notice.
